To keep your heat exchanger working as efficiently as possible, periodic maintenance is a must. We can take care of this entire process. From disassembly on location to reassembly on location and everything in between, such as overhaul, chemical cleaning of the plates, replacing the gaskets, penetrating testing on all plates (our dye check), pressure testing, etc.

For rejected plates, a spare package, an extension of the current plate package or a completely new plate cooler, we can supply all brands and types of plates on the market.

We can supply all types of gaskets such as NBR, HNBR, EPDM, Viton etc. Naturally, we only supply the very best quality, manufactured in Europe. Both original (all brands) and 1-on-1 made in the same quality.

We can disassemble and assemble the plate exchangers at all locations with our team and tools specifically dedicated to heat exchangers.

We are regularly asked to offer new plate heat exchangers for new installations. We can accurately calculate this for you so that you have a precisely tailored heat exchanger for the right application.

We keep spare plates in stock for various customers. This means that we chance the repaired plates with the dirty plates and thus reduce downtime to a minimum. We will exchange the plate package for the revised one on site at the customer's site and take the dirty plates back for revision. After overhaul, we will put these back in stock for the next exchange.
