Bundles & air coolers

Shell & Tube bundles;  

 

Our biggest bath (ultrasonic) can fit bundles of: 9100 X 1950 X 1550. Maximum weight of 25 tons.

 

Oil pollution, lime (scaling) or other residues will be chemically cleaned with specially developed chemicals and by high pressure. Oil coolers, heaters, water coolers or other tube bundles will be thoroughly inspected, repaired, overhauled and tested under the desired pressure.  

 

In the event of damage or in need of spare parts, new (replacement) bundles can be made or the existing bundles can be re-tubed with new tubes. We can re-tube the entire bundle or in some cases only the part that is leaking or damaged.  

 

If tubes are leaking, we can detect and plug the leak by means of tube-by-tube- testing. On location we can also detect and plug leaking tubes with our special tools.  

 

Air coolers (intercoolers);  

 

Every air cooler will become contaminated with dirt, dust or scaling over time. This will considerably reduce the performance of the air cooler. To maintain full capacity, we advise our customers to regularly perform maintenance on their air coolers.  

 

With our new ultra-modern ultrasonic bath we can reach the deepest dirt of the air cooler. In addition to cleaning the core (the air side), our chemicals also remove any scale deposits in the tubes of the cooler. We also test each air cooler under pressure to ensure that it is not leaking. If we find leaking tubes, we can test tube by tube to detect the leaking tube(s).  

 

Both tube bundles and air coolers can be completely overhauled by us.  

 

Ultrasonic cleaning;  

 

Air coolers and often bundles are first visually inspected for damages or other noticeability after receipt in our workshop. After our visual inspection, we proceed to our specialized ultrasonic cleaning. We start with cleaning by ultrasonic technology. Due to the high frequency sound waves that are released, it can be cleaned deep into the core. In this way we can remove all heavy dirt from the expensive heat exchanger.  

 

Because we have baths with the latest technology, troubles with a block of dirt in the air side is almost history, we always get you heat exchanger clean.  

 

Chemical cleaning;  

 

We use our chemical cleaning to clean box coolers or bundles. These are often contaminated by the product, scaling or barnacles and we completely remove this contamination with chemicals specially made for this cleaning.
