Box coolers

Overhaul of Box coolers:  

The biggest problem with Box coolers is the pollution with mussels, barnacles, algae or other hard pollution on and between the tubes. Preventive maintenance is recommended but difficult to perform because of the hard to reach area Box coolers are. Periodic maintenance also ensures that the lifespan of the u-bundle is extended.

We refurbish and clean Box coolers in our chemical bath with specially developed chemicals for Box coolers, after that we remove the last contamination by high pressure jetting. We then provide the Box coolers with new gaskets and ensure that each cooler leaves the building pressure tested. In the event of a leaking tube, we can test the box cooler tube by tube and, if necessary, provide plugs to seal the leak.

If zinc anodes are required because they have been damaged or need to be replaced, we can also supply these. We can also provide the pipes with a coating layer, which means less growth of algae or barnacles.

After we are ready you can use an optimally functioning Box cooler again.  

In the event of a damaged cooler or renewal we can manufacture completely new Box coolers and deliver them worldwide.
